In this phase, we research and explore the characteristics of the project to ensure their appropriateness to the target audience. We review the needs, define the project's scope and identify special measures needed to resolve any problem. This is where we contact the customer and clarify it through a “discovery brief.” We also prepare a “project proposal” and provide a document that includes all the characteristics of the projects and information detailing the phases of work, delivery dates, and the scope of work with an anticipated project completion date.

It is a process of making a brand strategy by strategically and visually positioning the brand. During this phase, our team provides a brand overview, brand goals, brand core, and brand positioning and works closely with stakeholders to ensure effective engagement with the project. We also detect the brand's positioning, determine the target audience, values, objectives, tone, vision & mission, illustrated models, and the creative direction guide.

In this phase, we turn ideas we obtained from strategy into practice and make them visible through sketching concepts, then testing it as prototypes to ensure fit for purpose. We also build design patterns and apply them to mock-ups for presentation to the client.

In this phase, the project results from start to finish are presented to the client. We provide a creative direction guide to review the final outcomes in open files and clarify the uses of identity to the client's work team.
